These terms govern your use of gamblingbet.co.uk, set out as plain answers to the questions readers send us most.
Which company stands behind GamblingBet?
GamblingBet.co.uk is published by Lodestrait Media Limited, Ocean Spa Plaza, Ocean Village, Gibraltar GX11 1AA (“we”, “us”). Company correspondence: [email protected].
From when do these terms bind me?
From the moment you open a page. Our privacy policy and site disclaimer form part of them. If you do not want to be bound, the remedy is simply to leave the site.
What is GamblingBet for?
It is an editorial guide to casino sites licensed by the Gambling Commission for customers in Great Britain. We do not accept bets, hold funds or run any gambling product, and no page is financial, legal or tax advice. Reading the site requires no account.
Who may use the casino pages?
Grown-ups only: 18 is the legal minimum in Great Britain, and younger readers must not follow our operator links.
What changes once I press a casino button?
You move to the operator's website. Links on tables and reviews go through a /go/ address and can generate a fee for us, as how we earn explains. Whatever account you create is governed by the casino's own rulebook, and complaints follow the operator's procedure and its approved dispute resolution provider. We cannot act for you.
Can I reuse your tables and text?
A brief quotation is welcome as long as GamblingBet is named and the page linked. Lifting full pages or tables, reissuing our check results or harvesting the site by script requires prior consent in writing. The site's text, data and design are owned by Lodestrait Media Limited or used under licence; operator and game names stay the property of the firms behind them.
What must I not do?
Do not try to break into the site or its server, overload it with automated requests, insert malicious code, or use it to break the law or harm anyone else.
What if a page is wrong?
Point [email protected] to the page URL; the desk re-reads the source and fixes the error. We take care over every figure, but pages are provided on an “as available” basis, and the operator's own terms and the Gambling Commission register always take precedence over what we have written.
What are you responsible for?
Where the law lets us, we disclaim responsibility for gambling losses, for what readers decide after consulting a page, for third-party websites we point to and for any downtime. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability English and Welsh law keeps in place, and your rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Which law applies?
The law of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction. Residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland keep the option of suing in their home courts.
Will the terms be revised?
They can. Each revision moves the Updated line above, and whatever text appears on this page is the version that binds.
