Contact The Editors

Write to the desk at [email protected]. Quote the address of the page you are writing about, and send a screenshot where it helps — that is usually enough to settle a question in one reply.
What The Desk Answers
Corrections to a page, terms that have moved on since we last checked them, an operator licensed in Great Britain that we have missed, and questions about the published method. Those are the things we can act on, and we do act on them: a wrong figure is a wrong page.
We are publishers, not a gambling operator. We cannot open, close or unlock an account, we cannot see a balance, we cannot pay out winnings and we cannot intervene in a dispute with an operator. Nobody here has access to any casino account, including yours.
A Dispute With An Operator
Start with the operator's own complaints procedure — every licensed site has one and has to publish it. If that does not settle it, the operator must name an alternative dispute resolution provider approved by the Gambling Commission, and the dispute goes there next.
The Gambling Commission takes regulatory concerns about a licensee, but it does not settle individual disputes and cannot recover money for a player. Sending us the same complaint will not move it any faster.
If Gambling Is The Problem
The National Gambling Helpline, run by the charity GamCare, is free and confidential on 0808 8020 133. GAMSTOP is the free national self-exclusion scheme for online gambling in Great Britain, and our page on staying in control explains what the account tools do.
Gambling in Great Britain is for adults aged 18 and over. If you are writing on behalf of someone else, the helpline talks to families too.
